Services

Two lines of work that most businesses buy separately. Buying them together means one person owns the whole path from the browser to the server, and there is nobody to hand the blame to.

A tidy desk with a closed laptop, a small network switch, coiled cabling and a notebook.

Websites and web apps

Built as fast, standards-based pages rather than a stack of plugins that each need updating forever. Typical projects run three to six weeks from signed quote to launch, and the variable is almost always how ready your content is, not the build.

  • Structure and copy reviewed before design starts
  • Tested on real phones, not a resized window
  • Forms that deliver to an inbox you control
  • Search, analytics, and business profile setup
  • Domain, DNS, SSL, and hosting in your name
  • A walkthrough so your team can edit routine content

Rebuilds and rescues

A large share of this work is inherited: a site whose original developer is unreachable, or a platform that has quietly become more expensive than it is worth. The first job is establishing what you actually control before anything is rebuilt on top of it.

  • Migrations off closed platforms
  • Recovering domain and hosting access
  • Speed and accessibility remediation
  • Content preserved, not retyped

IT and systems

Every engagement starts with an audit of what you already have, written in plain language, before anything is changed. You cannot secure a network you have not mapped, and most small offices have never had theirs drawn.

  • Router, switch, firewall, and business Wi-Fi
  • Guest and staff traffic kept separate
  • Microsoft 365 setup and cleanup
  • Multi-factor rolled out without lockouts
  • Workstation setup and patching
  • Same-day offboarding when someone leaves

Backup and recovery

A backup nobody has restored is a theory, not a backup. Restores get tested on a schedule and the results are sent to you, because the only number that matters is how long it takes to get you working again.

  • Servers, workstations, and cloud mailboxes
  • Scheduled restore tests with written results
  • A recovery order agreed before you need it

What we turn down.

Saying this up front saves a wasted call. If your project is one of these, you will be told on the first call and pointed somewhere better.

  • Enterprise or federal contracts needing a cleared, staffed team
  • Regulated audit work requiring a formal certification body
  • Large ecommerce migrations carrying live order data
  • Around the clock on-site coverage

Not sure which half you need?

Describe the symptom. Working out whether it is a website problem or a systems problem is our job, not yours.
